Support routing

LifeMap must know when not to be the answer.

If a user appears to need crisis, medical, legal or financial support, LifeMap should route them toward appropriate human or professional help.

Immediate safety

If someone may be in immediate danger, LifeMap should stop normal reflection.

The safe route is urgent human support: emergency services, a trusted person nearby, or local crisis support.

Medical or mental health

LifeMap can reflect. It cannot diagnose or treat.

The product should recommend qualified medical or mental-health support when the issue appears clinical, persistent or severe.

Financial or legal decisions

LifeMap should not become an unregulated adviser.

It can help users clarify values, pressure, trade-offs and personal route questions, but it should not give personalised financial, tax or legal advice.

Reflective positioning

LifeMap helps users see the route. It does not take over the steering wheel.

This keeps the product emotionally useful without becoming dependency-building, manipulative or unsafe.
