1. About GhostForge

GhostForge Ltd develops and sells AI-powered digital software products and subscription-based web applications. Our products are provided digitally through our website and related online services.

2. LifeMap AI

LifeMap AI is a personal AI navigation platform that helps users map their current life, explore possible future paths, identify areas of drift, and create clearer weekly action plans. LifeMap outputs are generated for reflection, planning, and personal insight. They should not be treated as professional, medical, legal, financial, psychological, or emergency advice.

3. Accounts and access

Some GhostForge products may require an account, subscription, or approved access. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Paid GhostForge products may be billed monthly, annually, or as one-off digital purchases. GhostForge uses Paddle for secure checkout and billing. Paddle may act as merchant of record and may appear on customer statements, invoices, and billing communications.

Subscription access may continue until cancelled. Customers are responsible for cancelling before renewal if they do not wish to continue.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. For subscription products, customers may contact us within 14 days of a first subscription payment if they believe the purchase was made in error or does not meet expectations. Refunds are reviewed fairly and may take account of product usage and access already provided.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse GhostForge products, interfere with our systems, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer protected systems, upload unlawful content, or use our products in a way that harms others or violates applicable law.

7. AI-generated outputs

GhostForge products may generate AI-assisted content, summaries, insights, simulations, plans, or reports. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing outputs carefully and making your own decisions.

8. Intellectual property

GhostForge websites, software, designs, product concepts, content, user interfaces, reports, architecture materials, branding, and proprietary methodologies are owned by GhostForge Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute GhostForge products without permission.

9. Availability and changes

GhostForge products may evolve over time. Features may be added, changed, renamed, restricted, or removed as our products develop. We aim to maintain reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Liability

GhostForge products are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GhostForge Ltd is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of our products.
